Successful investments through diversified real estate asset

H2A partners acquired an industrial warehouse in a Chapter Eleven process with a total net rentable area of 50,000 SF for $6,700,000. The court ruled that we were the first to be paid in full of this asset. The land was divided in two parts and sold separately. One was purchased by a school. The other, by a developer. This deal reached $10,500,000 after the reselling (including rent value obtained during five years).
