Ralph Horn is responsible for Investor Relations & Operations in H2A Capital. For more than 30 years, Joseph been doing investments in the US real estate market through BridgeLoan Investors, former Ourinvest Mortgage. He managed the structuring+$500M of assets. Ralph is also a Partner, Board member and Credit Committee member of BridgeInvest, a real estate lender founded in 2011 with over $1billion in operations. In 1997, he founded Horn Eichenwald Investments Corp., with Joseph Horn and Ricardo Eichenwald, a SEC registered financial advisory firm providing asset allocation services for high net worth international individuals and corporations. Prior to that, Ralph was a partner at Ourinvest Bank in Brazil and was one of the leaders of the expansion of Ourinvest International as Vice-President/Chief Financial Officer, managing several portfolios, including Dartley Bank and Trust.

Raphael Ades is responsible for Investments & Operations in H2A Capital. Prior to H2A, Raphael was co-founder of Sharpen Capital, occupying the positions of Head of Investor Relations and effective member of the Investment Committee. Prior to that, Raphael founded and was the COO, CFO and Member of the Board of Directors of Simpress, the largest printing outsourcing company in Brazil, with over 60,000 printers. After receiving an investment, the company was sold to Samsung in 2015. Raphael is also a member of the first Internal Audit and Compliance Committee of Ideal Invest, a private student finance company leader in the Brazilian market and controlled by Itaú Unibanco. Raphael is also Partner, Board member and Credit Committee member of BridgeInvest, a real estate lender founded in 2011 with over $1billion in operations.
